These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions made via byraela.com. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These GTC apply to all sales of physical products (notebooks, jewelry) and digital products (PDF guides) offered by RAELA via byraela.com.

Article 2 — Nature of products and disclaimer of results guarantee

RAELA products are personal development and well-being tools. RAELA expressly states that: results depend exclusively on the customer's personal commitment and regular use. No financial, sentimental, or professional results are guaranteed, promised, or implied. RAELA cannot be held responsible for the absence of results, whatever the cause. No refunds based on the absence of results will be accepted. RAELA products do not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic follow-up.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges purchasing a personal development tool and not a guarantee of changed circumstances.

Article 3 — Orders

RAELA reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or prior dispute. In case of cancellation by RAELA, the customer will be fully refunded.

Article 4 — Prices and Payment

Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. RAELA may modify its prices without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Article 5 — Delivery

Orders are shipped from Belgium. Delivery times are indicative. RAELA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or any force majeure event.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. Exception: the digital PDF guide is excluded from the right of withdrawal once it has been downloaded or consulted, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Article 7 — Returns and Refunds

The returned product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within 14 working days via the same payment method. No refunds for: absence of results, poor maintenance, opened product, or downloaded PDF guide.

Article 8 — Jewelry: Maintenance and Limitations

RAELA jewelry is made of stainless steel with 18-carat PVD gold plating. These are high-end fashion jewelry and not solid gold or certified precious stones. To preserve quality: avoid water, the sea, swimming pools, and thermal springs. Avoid perfumes, creams, oils, and chemicals. Remove before any sports activity. Store in the case away from light and humidity. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.

RAELA disclaims all responsibility in case of color alteration, oxidation, or deterioration caused by improper maintenance. These cases do not entitle to a refund or exchange. Color variations between photos and the received product are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Article 9 — Allergies and Skin Reactions

Although RAELA jewelry is hypoallergenic, RAELA recommends testing on a small area before prolonged wear. RAELA cannot be held responsible for individual allergic or skin reactions.

Article 10 — Visualization Notebook

The notebook is a stationery and personal development tool, not a medical or therapeutic device. Minor variations in layout or binding may exist between copies. The PDF guide does not replace professional follow-up. RAELA is not responsible for life decisions made following the use of the notebook or guide.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property

All content on the site, products, guides, texts, and methods are the exclusive property of RAELA. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.

Article 12 — User Content

By publishing a review or photos with RAELA products, the customer authorizes RAELA to use this content for promotional purposes without financial compensation. RAELA reserves the right not to publish any defamatory review or review contrary to current laws.

Article 13 — Limitation of Liability

RAELA's total liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. RAELA cannot be held responsible for indirect, moral, or financial damages resulting from the use of its products.

Article 14 — Force Majeure

RAELA cannot be held responsible in case of strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, carrier failures, or any other unforeseeable external event beyond its control.

Article 15 — Protection of Minors

The byraela.com website is intended for an adult audience. RAELA reserves the right to refuse any order from a minor without parental consent.

Article 16 — Applicable Law
