Orders are currently prepared and shipped from Belgium. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Belgium: 2 to 5 business days. France and Luxembourg: 3 to 7 business days. Rest of Europe: 5 to 14 business days. International: 7 to 21 business days.

Shipping Liability
RAELA cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier, customs services, or any force majeure event. In case of a lost or damaged parcel in transit, the customer must contact the carrier first, then RAELA if the dispute is not resolved.
